Playgroups
LNC's playgroups are a great way to spend time with your kids while connecting with other local parents! Groups meet weekly in members’ homes, local parks, or other fun locales chosen by your playgroup. Learn more about Playgroups here.
Outreach Initiatives
It’s amazing what we’re able to accomplish for our community when we engage our members, and support our local charitable organizations! Whether it’s helping to sort donations at Bundles of Joy, collecting needed supplies for Sharing Shelf, or contributing Thanksgiving meals to Larchmont Mamaroneck Hunger Task Force, LNC provides many ways for you to donate your time and talent – or those extra school supplies, coats, and toys - to people who need them most. Ladies’ Nights
Whether you’re coming from the train or running out after bedtime, it’s always fun to unwind with the girls while enjoying cocktails, shopping, flower arranging, spa treatments, or fitness events. Cheers to the ladies of LNC!
Guys’ Nights
You deserve a hall pass! Clear your schedule and take a night to hang with the guys while watching Monday Night football, facing off over the poker table, or having a beer hall adventure.
Coffee Mornings
Take a break from a busy morning and grab a cup of joe with some new neighbors! These low-key gatherings are held monthly at member’s homes. Bagels and coffee are provided, with on-site babysitting usually available. Some meetings include fun guest speakers addressing topics such as local real estate, interior design, and nutrition trends!
Couples' Nights
Call it a date night or come stag, but please join us for a little wining and dining! Try out local restaurants and watering holes, celebrate Oktoberfest, or enjoy wine tasting in a member's home. Whether you bring your partner or simply meet your LNC friends, there's always a fun crowd!
Kids Activities
LNC's Social and Outreach committees work together to offer monthly kid-centric events that enable our members with children to log some quality family time while meeting new friends and neighbors. Check out our family parties, attend story time or music class, decorate some cupcakes, or join us for a park cleanup!
Book Club
Love to read? Love to socialize with friends in the comfort of someone's home? Why not do both! Our popular Book Club meets monthly at members' homes, and reads across multiple genres. Come for the book discussion, or just come to chat over wine and snacks!
Clubs
Larchmont Newcomers Club sponsors a variety of smaller groups and clubs that appeal to the diverse interests of our membership. In the past, we have had successful kids-at-play clubs, French speaking clubs, and walking clubs. Are you interested in joining a club this season? Are you willing to help organize? We're also always looking for new ideas that would appeal to the membership so we'd love to hear your ideas.
