Gentle Yoga Class!

Come and join fellow LNC members for a night out with an hourlong yogaclass at Equinox! Leave the winter chill behind and relax at this wonderful sportsclub.

Increase flexibility and strength, cultivate balance and reduce stress as you explore all facets of yoga. The mindful practice is complete with restorative postures for relaxation and meditation to integrate the experience and enhance well-being.

After the class there will be time to relax even more with drinks and snacks and socialize with friends and members!
