Push Fitness is generously hosting LNC members for a complimentary Push Max Bootcamp class at 8:30pm on Tuesday, March 27th! The class is the best of everything: cardio, strength training, muscle tone and core! At each class, they use a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, and resistance bands so come join the LNC family for a fun night of fitness!
We’ll have refreshments after the class and some socializing before the night is over!
